Do you offer a SENSOR CLEANING service ?
Yes, and are usually able to offer this as a same day service, except when camera comes with a fixed lens such as Sony and Olympus equipment. We only offer a same day service Monday to Friday and not on Thursday evening’s or Saturday morning’s as we have no technicians onsite during these times…
Are you a TRADE ONLY facility ?
NO, whilst we carry out a large number of repairs for trade customers, we are more than happy to deal directly with you as a calling or postal customer
Do you sell SPARE PARTS ?
YES, we shall provide spare parts when requested and if no specialist test equipment or software required after fitting, we shall advise on each request if we feel part can be fitted by you
Do you carry out repairs in the UK ONLY ?
NO, we have repairs sent to us from lots of European destinations, such as France, Malta, Spain, Cyprus even Australia and the USA and are presently sending parts to a do it yourself person in Azerbaijan.
